We faced connect attempt errors like below with 10.2.x, but this doesn't say why it's failed much. ``` CONNECT: attempt fail [CONNECTION_ERROR] to X for host='Y' sm_id=Z connection_result=EIO [5] error=SUCCESS [0] retry_attempts=0 ``` I found a regression. Since a114d59 (https://github.com/apache/trafficserver/pull/7580) the errno carried by NET_EVENT_OPEN_FAILED was dropped, so every immediate connect failure was logged as `connection_result=EIO error=SUCCESS` and the cause could not be diagnosed. This also left the ENET_THROTTLING and TS-1424 EADDRNOTAVAIL branches unreachable. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
