Since I'm only using our Macs remotely I would only profit from a .dmg
file (or an installer) that can be run from a terminal (without graphics
and mouse) and _without root permissions_! Assuming gcc to be there and
emitting just a hint otherwise, should be fine for those users that
complained about the extra installation of the GMP and GNUReadline
frameworks.
