I do understand your situation, cauz I had similar problems - optical abberations in my peripheral vision when I first tried transition lens and had to replace it with Photochromic mineral glass lens (index 1.601, Abbe Value 40) in a week. So I stick with glass lens only and am looking for online bargain. So far I could not find any online. Please post here if you find one. And I guess none of special anti-scratch coating surpass the mineral glass which is a must condition for me.
