Don't slam Zenni, 99.99% of the time they do a great job. But the lesson learned is don't bother to call them. My advice was intended for any on-line retailler.
Any credit card company responds well to a chargeback, it's no problem for them, the retailer is the one getting the shaft, as it should be. MC/VISA track the chargeback %, and if it gets too high, the retailers processing rate is increased.
