Hi. I ordered 2 pairs of glasses from Zenni on Feb 4.
1. Single vision with AR coating and 1.67 index lens. 2. Single vision with AR coating and 80% grey tint. Total came to about $97. Can't beat that of course... Both pairs were ordered with same script and I received a confirmation email within 5 minutes after ordering. On Feb 18th, I wanted to checkin, and sent an email to Zenni using the lab email stating the following: ~~~ Hello. I would like to know the status of order #506782 , placed on 02/04. Has it been shipped yet, and if so could you please direct me to tracking number? Thank you for your support. ~~~ I got a reply 2 days later stating: ~~~ 02.19.09 Re: Order #506782 Dear Customer, We will ship your glasses from the lab in China in about three days, and you should expect to receive the order within approximately another week. The time may vary slightly depending on your location. Thank you for selecting Zenni Optical for your vision needs. ZOCS: EZ ~~~ I emailed them again on March 1 and as of yet have not heard anything back. Should I be concerned?
