Well, I think the thickest part of the lens is more like 5-6mm.

I bought http://zennioptical.com/cart/product.php?productid=810&cat=3&page=1

with a script of

R-Sph: -4.5
R-Cyl:  -1.25
R- Axi: 17
L-Sph: -3.25
L-Cyl:  -1.5
L-Axi:  10

I'm thinking maybe my script is not strong enough to show enough
difference between the 1.57 and 1.67.
