I'm really not trying to rub it in (just trying to provide some perspective), but I have received 2 pairs of glasses (2 separate orders) from Zenni in the past 2 months. One in February and one in March. Both took just over 3 weeks from date of order to my mailbox. The first pair took 23 days, the second took 22 days. The most recent was delivered on March 21. I would call again Monday to get a better explanation.
