Ooooh...I am sooooo steamed. I just got off the phone with a rep at zenni who was not nice at all!
I had spoken to someone on Monday who told me that if they hadn't arrive in CA by Wednesday they would order them again. Today, this rep said, "I can't imagine anyone would tell you that we would reorder them" and then told me she could cancel my order and that's it. She told me that a supervisor would call me but could not tell me when that would happen. (I've never had anyone from Zenni actually call me.) The worse part was that she was so rude about it. In the past, all the reps have been so nice, but she was very defensive. I can only guess that they have been getting a lot of calls....
