I just tried to call the California office about the order which I
posted about above.  (I called them on Monday and they told me to call
back today.)  Not only is there no one to answer the phone, but the
voice mail box is full so I can't leave a message.  Now I'm wondering
if I should call the credit card company and dispute the charges as I
have two orders outstanding.
