Well, I just received an email from the lab stating that they shipped
my glasses to the California office on the 17th.
I wrote the California office asking them what was going on, but no
reply as of yet.
Knowing federal bureaucrats, it probably *is* a customs problem. But,
that still doesn't explain Zenni's lack of courtesy in keeping their
paying customers in the dark. The silence coming out of the California
office is deafening.
