Look at the bright side. At least your glasses aren't sitting in some US Customs "black hole". Many of us who ordered around the 7th of March still haven't received our orders due to customs seizing the entire shipment for "inspection".
At least you have *some* idea of when you're gonna get yours. As for the 50% refund policy. Most online eyeglass retailers have this policy. Look at it from their perspective...they're out the cost of the lenses because they've already been cut to fit your style of frame and cannot be re-used.
