I'll admit, even *I* was a bit upset when my order didn't arrive in a timely manner. That is until I found out that the US Customs Service had seized an entire shipment for "inspection".
There seem to be *many* factors that may slow Zenni down for a while. 1.) With the economic downturn, Zenni's sales have increased dramatically. 2.) With the seizure of an entire shipment, Zenni is going to have to remake a *lot* of glasses. 3.) It looks as though Zenni is searching for a different shipping method which, if true, is going to take a while to implement smoothly. With all of the above, Zenni still has orders pouring in at a regular rate.
