I ordered a pair of glasses from them on May 6 and I just got them today, June 19. After two phone calls and an e-mail, I got a response telling me there were quality control problems that had delayed my order well beyond their high-end estimate of two weeks + three to six days. . That's all well and good, but they didn't communicate this to me at all. The glasses are fine, even with a higher prescription, everything came out fine, but the lack of communication guarantees I won't use their services again, nor would I recommend them to anyone else.
