Wow Eric, If I could get a pair made correctly in 5 or 6 weeks I would be happy. I ordered from Optical4Less and the first order had the wrong shaped lenses (very wrong shape on rimpless frames), pair #2 was for somebody else, pair #3 was the wrong shape, pair #4 had lenses that were different colors. So while the quality is high at Optical4Less they are failing misererably with QA since it is June and the original ordered was February and I still don't have a pair that I ordered. Right now I have paid for two glasses (they talked me into a second order on the first replacement) and after that I have been returning the glasses to them at MY expense. They say they will send me a coupon for the shipping price off on my NEXT order. Well, that coupon didn't come with the order AND why would they think there would ever be a second order. Unbelievable. I don't even want to go through the steps with the creditcard company to get the dollars credited back. Right now I am out $129+$59+$10+$10=$208 and have one funky pair of backup glasses from them.
While Optical4Less will communicate by email ONLY but they won't take action. They just like to say they are very sorry, very sorry and very sorry. They still refuse to take the shipping price out of the CURRENT order to fix their mistakes.
