*Selling* glasses is counted as dispensing...and that is controlled.
But to the best of my knowledge noone on this forum is selling
glasses, outside of a few legally licensed dispensers like EBD and
G4U, who check in from time to time.
But, your question is also about your own liability. Let's eee.
You're not charging, you're not providing the health care, and in fact
you're not doing anything but facilitating the receipt of a mail-order
package being sent from a licensed dispensary.
A closer analog might be if you drove someone to the doctor, or signed
for your neighbor's package when it arrived in the mail. You'd be
involved, but not much.
If a lawyer were to get involved I'm certain that they could argue
fault at any level of involvement, but at your current level of
involvement in the process I can't imagine that there would be a
problem.
It's a good question...I would love to see a definitive answer. Have
we got any lawyers on list?
