This forum isn't dispensing anything.  The better analogy would be: You've
been prescribed a drug by your doctor and, I don't even drive you to the
store or give you an over-the-counter alternative, I simply tell you my
experience with Walgreen's and tell you to check them out if you're still
looking.  I may provide a link to Walgreen's, but I can assure you linking
on the internet to a retailer is not in the least way in a gray area of the
law.
If your doctor gave you a bad prescription, that's his fault.
If Walgreen's gave you the the wrong prescription, that's their fault.
Telling someone how to get to Walgreen's and your experience with Walgreen's
doesn't even come into the liability equation.

On another front, there were legitimate businesses for awhile that helped
people buy prescription drugs online from Canada.  I think they represented
that they were essentially just internet user aids since they never actually
made prescriptions or dispensed them. They simply helped people fill out the
online forms.
