All-
My original question was never posted. What you all see is my second
post to Ira requesting an answer why the first was not posted. It may
have clarified the supposing done by others. I wondered if assisting
folks with the purchase of online prescriptive glasses (via measuring
PD, decoding sizes on existing glasses, assisting in the fitting
process, deciphering lens types, - you know, the stuff lenscrafter
salespeople people do except receive payment.) was I crossing a line
drawn by our government. Is physically assisting someone in obtaining
glasses using the instances above considered to be practicing a
REGULATED profession?

POWRWRAP-
Dispensing Tylenol is not a regulated practice, it's an OTC drug.

CHUCK KNIGHT-
Your last sentence sums up my question exactly... "If I, by
facilitating this purchase, am opening myself up to legal action, then
I need to know. "
