Follow up: My glasses finally arrived but with the wrong prescription on both. After sending an email to customer support asking for a full refund, Erica (a service manager) stated verification from my optometrist is required to verify the incorrect prescription. Coincidentally, I'd already visited the doctor to verify my suspicions on the bad lenses. Now I must wait for the form to arrive, run to the doctor's office to sign off that 39dollarglasses did a shoddy job and then wait again for the refund. How long do you think that will take to arrive? I'm banking on another three weeks.
This is by far the WORST experience I have ever had with an online company. Granted, there are far more horrific stories on this board from other burned customers.
