I'm sorry to hear you are having these problems. I have bought glasses from them and have had some minor problems, mostly out of alignment temple arms but right now, I'm still waiting on a Certificate of Authenticity for my genuine Transitions lenses which they promised me they'd send 2 weeks ago and so far, I haven't received it. I'm going to check my box and if it's not there tonight, I will complain again. The glasses do change in sunlight, but I'm not able to register them with Transitions' website. I do not know if I have genuine Transitions lenses or not, which kind of bugs me since they advertise that they do use genuine Transitions lenses. If I wanted generic photochomic lenses, I could have gotten them cheaper from one of the other many vendors out there selling online glasses, but some have told me the genuine item is better, so I was willing to pay more for it. Not sure what to think of these people now. On another note, I just checked my USPS tracking number and it stated my new glasses from Coastal Contacts have arrived. Not bad considering they were ordered on Saturday afternoon and shipped 2 days ago from Washington to Louisiana. I'll pass the word once I try them out.
