Actually, historically $39 has been a generally good retailer. Every
retailer has some growing pains, or the occasional slip up. I remember when
an entire cargo container of eyeglasses was seized upon import, away from
Zenni. That made for a few unhappy customers, but they treated everybody
right, and got back their reputation.
I'm not making apologies for $39...just stating fact. The *current* issues
may be nothing more than an unfortunate statistical anomaly. If they
*continue,* that'll be a different story.
