My initial impression was all good.  I received the glasses in less
than a week from time of ordering, and I liked both frames.  I ordered
single vision lenses -- one pair of distance glasses, one pair of
reading glasses.

The distance glasses were absolutely fine.  The reading glasses seemed
OK at first, but as I wore them for a while, I could feel that my eyes
were straining, so I took them in to an optician I've used locally and
asked to have the Rx read.

They were off considerably from what I had requested.

I had an online conversation with a support person at 39dollarglasses
named Vic.  He seemed most helpful, and offered to send me a postpaid
mailing label so I could return them to have the glasses remade.

Seemed satisfactory to me, but I have yet to receive the coupon, and
this is three days ago.  They've also ignored (or not responded to) an
email I sent to them via "Contact us" on their Web site asking about
the whereabouts of the promised coupon.

So...what do I do next?
