I ordered a pair of glasses on the 14th of september at goggles4u. I
live in Holland and know I should give them a fair chance of sending
the stuff overseas. But after a month of waiting I contacted them 4
times by way of the online chat service. 3 time they told me to wait
for 3-4 more days. After 6 weeks waiting I got fedd up.
Because I really want to try to get hold of the parcel, I asked them
to supply me with something like a tracking/tracing code, stuck on the
parcel but that seemed impossible. In Holland we have got 4 main
postal suppliers, and all of them tell me, They need a parcel code or
number. So, I'm stuck.

They told me I could order a new pair free of charge. I'v done so now,
but really, I'm ever so curious if things will go better this time.
The first pair still hav'nt arrived yet, I ordered them more than 1,5
month ago........

Compared to Coastal Contacts, where they knew exactly where my parcel
was all the time and where I get updated with every move, shake or
transit the parcel makes, Goggle4u seems to be totally ignorant and
careless of me waiting months for my payed stuff or a lost parcel.

I'll sit and wait, and next time I use CC again. It seems, one should
stick with a company one is happy with....
