I purchased my first pair of glasses ever from them. Got them and put
them on. Immediately could tell something wasn't right as everything I
looked at seemed to have a keystone or trapezoid effect to it.
I've been contacting Eyebuydirect.com via phone (only getting to leave
messages) and emails but have not gotten any response at all so that I
can get a refund. I am now concerned that I've been taken for a ride
here and even if they do get back to me they are going to say its
after the 14 day return policy or whatever but I've been trying to
contact them for several days now with no response at all from them.
What do I do now?
