No, it does not.  But it has an old help command:
#glob2 --help
Globulation 2
Command line arguments:
-s      set resolution and depth (for instance : -s640x480 or -s640x480x32)
-f/-F   set/clear full screen
-r/-R   set/clear resizable window
-g/-G   enable/disable OpenGL acceleration (GPU use)
-c/-C   enable/disable custom cursor
-l      low speed graphics: disable some transparency effects
-h      high speed graphics: max of transparency effects
-v      set the music volume
-m/-M   mute/unmute the sound (both music and speech)
-d      add a directory to the directory search list
-u      specify a user name
-y      specify an alternative hostname for YOG server
-host <map file name> <YOG username> <YOG password>      runs only as
a YOG game host text-based server
-nox <game file name>    runs the game without using the X server
-textshot <directory>    takes pictures of various translation texts
as they are drawn on the screen, requires the convert command
-vs <name>      save a videoshot as name
-version        print the version and exit
