Yeah, looping version I personally think is nicer for this type of game. Strategy should be in your head not what the next song should be. But if you can make it optional then we abide to all possible demands.

Personally I'm not too keen on a jukebox system, when I play a game I'd rather concentrate on the game instead of choosing the track, and I'll be expecting the music to control the atmosphere for me based on what's happening in the game, instead of being expected to control it instead.
