George Bush is claiming that "there is a debate whether [global
warming] is caused by mankind or whether its caused naturally." He's
been saying this for some months now.

But, really, who in science is claiming that the warming observed in
the last twenty-five years is caused naturally? Even the contrarians
that come to mind--Lomborg and Lindzen--may argue that global warming
is not an issue that requires us to act, but I don't believe they're
doubting that it's caused by greenhouse gases.

Please set me right if I'm wrong (on this specific claim). Thanks...
