The "other opinions" section of RC is a little weird actually. You
describe it as one amongst many blogs, but this isn't a blog, nor are a
number of the other links:
Clear the Air - DC based "public education campaign"
Climate Science Watch - "public interest education and advocacy
project"
Climate Ark - Climate change portal and directory
The Heat is Online - primarily a climate news portal
World View of Global Warming - photographic evidence of climate change
None of these have any provision for commenting on stories (as far as I
can see), and the first two strike me as rather more advocacy oriented
than I'd expect.
Some of the others (Scitizen, Scienceblogs, The Panda's Thumb, Cosmic
Variance) while blogs (or blog like) are not really focused on climate
issues. Though they are potentially interesting in their own right,
they feel out of place in the current organization.
If I am going to nitpick (I hope you don't mind), I also have to wonder
why "Inst. Pierre Simon Laplace" is given in Science Links given that
it is only in French, and why nothing from NASA or the Hadley Centre is
included in that section (e.g. Earth Observatory, NASA GISS). I
suppose you might be trying to avoid referencing your own institutions,
but there is a link to Mann's home at Penn State. In addition, Science
Links also includes a couple blogs. Altogether, the links sections of
RC could probably use some better organization. Something like:
"Climate blogs", "Other science blogs", "Climate change portals",
"Other climate information sites", maybe.
