With a view of a citizen I feel some ways should be taken, too. But
how can they be proposed and realised in the politics?

Obviously the nations which have resources like money or petroleum
have political power. This means that without resources such as
capital, natural or human resources, they cannot have political power
enough to express and realise their opinions. Hence poor countries in
terms of these aspects cannot get out the situation they're facing,
unless other countries help them out.

But are there any governments that want to have other competitiors in
economic and political fields? Hmm...
