By "not up to date" do you mean they are not indexing recent documents? That's not it. In Tony Snow's January 18th Press Briefing you get hits on "addiction to oil" and "bang my head", but not on "global warming" "climate change" "greenhouse gases". He used all these phrases in the a single response to a question. It is inconsistent in a suspicious way, at least. It does not work as documented on the help page: http://www.whitehouse.gov/help/?la=en&text=0 "Your search will find documents containing as many of these words and phrases as possible, ranked so that the documents most relevant to your query are presented first. Don't worry about missing a document because it doesn't have one of the words in your search -- your search returns relevant results even if they don't contain all query terms.
