For the second time Weather Channel chief meteorologist Stu Ostro has posted 
(link below)
on what seems like an interesting idea that an apparent AGW-driven poleward 
migration of
NH high pressure zones has resulted in an identifiable pattern of screwy 
weather.
Anything to this?
