Do any of you know of a running Clean Coal plant of Carbon Capture and Sequestration project? I know of one company formed by BP and Rio Tinto called HydrogenEnergy. They had 4 projects planned between the UAE, Scotland, Australia and California. I read from their website that the one in Scotland has been cancelled. The one in Australia is probably dead unless they can find a better location. The one in Abu Dabi is supposed to start construction this year and rated at 400MW. The one in California is supposed to start construction in 2011 and rated at 390 MW.
