 When followup entry is done , it would be preferred if the in followup
 entry also the field for type of follow-up is provisioned for.

 e.g. in Tracking it is possible to add the Catagory of the tracking.

 There are instances when e.g entry for type of follow-ups & time spent on
 the same is required to be captured.

 e.g. followups could be a curtesy call to a user .Followup could be purely
 for the purpose of diagnosis & so on..THis is important when many people
 contribute for a single call & type of followups (efforts) to resolve a
 call
 needs to be captured.
