 i d like to have this  field to, but for me the qualification of the suivi
 need to identify the kind of the action, if it's on site intervetion,
 remote action, follow up for end user (for the suivi reccorded by the post
 only profil).

 I think that the qualification that you wish could be make by the relation
 of ticket father/sons. indeed, it would be interesting  to be able to
 subdivide a ticket in N sub-ticket as we adds a software manually to a
 computer, it would be enough to record the fields “le ticket porte
 sur” category et attriber
