 I shall narrate an example case which can benefit from the desired
 feature.

 1.When an Asset comes for rectification of the problem , it could have
 multiple problems. This gets identified one by one & then the problems
 rectified in terms of
 a)replacements b)software installation c)repairs.In this process multiple
 technicans would be on the same tracking , but their efforts(followups)
 would defer & also the time of effort(followup)(This time gets captured in
 current glpi versions). & in the end after rectification the raising of
 the invoice & collection of the payment is another effor(followup) that
 needs to be done for an entire tracking to be closed satisfactorily.

 So when we need to take a glimpse of entire efforts done by all members of
 company for entire customer base & all assets it can be captured using
 follow-up classification.

 Using this fields in other module currently , I am not able to
 visualize.Only in report that this field would be made to report.But once
 the data gets populated
 this can be extracted .
