I agree. I'm starting to use the GLPI Helpdesk at CRCRS (www.crcrs.org.br), but the .70.2 version has some minor problems like the "ticket" and the "follow-up" words.
Let's translate "follow-up" as "acompanhamentos", or something like?? I think we can use the GLPI list as common translations doubts, close as developers, but we (brazilian community) can be organized to change messages between us. What do you think? Who is translating pt_BR?
