The next annual you should look at where the lines attach to those tanks. You'll note that the tanks are tipped up towards the wing tip and the line comes in right near the bottom. I might also note that it is not too smart to fill the tanks up to the top. The caps can leak fuel, especially at high attack angles. Like takeoff and initial climb out.
