A couple of things come to mind with the oil leak. I hate using pematex on the front seal because someday it is going to have to come out and it is a pain to get the old pematex out. In your case though if you havn't tried it I would. Second, have you checked your breather line real good. You could have a pin hole that is letting oil out.
