Yeah, it's sad, Harry.
One source I saw quotes 5,715 total produced. That yields just under
31%
of the fleet remaining. Yet, given over 30 years since the last one was
built,
I'd say it's some what remarkable. I'd like to think that the rate of
decline has
gone down considerably. And that there are a few in barns and such like,
that will grace the skys again some day.
