The picture you are giving here is pointing to a oil filler cap which
either came open in flight or
rather was left open after checking the oil.
This happened to me ones. I took off to a close airport and on arrival the
whole coupe was "corrosion
treated" with 3 quarts of premium engine oil.
What a mess.
Now I am checking always before runup the left wing fairing for oil spots.
When I left the cap open (it
happened 2 more times) then oil will be visible fast.

So always double check your oil filler cap.
