That's my old airplane- I talked to Floyd last night and he said that they had filled the wing tanks, and the transfer valve was in the right position. Floyd was riding right seat- he isnt checked out yet- he said that as they were rolling down the runway the header tank bobber was indicating about 1/2 tank, and that it never rose, only kept dropping. Sounds like the fuel pump wasnt working........
