Make sure that the 'cheap' bore-scope is based on an 'explosion proof'
flashlight. 'Explosion proof' in the case of a flashlight means 'can't
make
a spark that would set of explosive vapor.' All it would take would be one
little 'blip' between a slightly cruddy connection to a lightbulb and the
battery and you might be able to examine the innards of the tank without
a bore-scope!
