Why would anyone invest $11K for an unknown aircraft? 5 years out of
annual? Top overhaul 300 hours ago? Sounds to me like a major OH is in
the
near future. I sold my Coupe for $15,500 with a new extensive annual, 300
hours on engine, and a new prop. ($2500.00) Total cost of the annual was
over 5K, and this aircraft was running, had been annualed the year before,
and had nearly every upgrade available to Coupes. There are others out
there around that same price I sold mine. Why buy a pig in a poke?
