Not so fast, Larry.
   Yes, if you are slow enough, and the stars are right, the Ercoupe will
be going straight down the field before the nose touches.  However, I do
not bank on being that lucky all the time.  Besides, one should be
confident enough in their landings so they never have a death grip anyway.
