Hi Andy!
I am jumping in on this because I am part of a business that uses a gmail
account used by 4 employees. We are a scheduling based business and we
prefer to see the thread of client/studio correspondences in the inbox
because throughout the day we have all of us employees checking to see
status updates of pending appointments. Having them saved in the inbox
helps us not let anyone slip through the cracks. Our Mac mail permitted
this and we are at a loss as to what to do as this feature was particularly
helpful in our business.
