The problem I have encountered on the new compose interface does not occur with the old. I am having difficulty going to the drop-down menu of Canned Responses without losing contact with Canned Responses. It has been very frustrating and time-consuming to figure out how to get around this. The expedient solution has been to go back to the old compose page. Any suggestions?
