I struggled with Firefox, which wouldn't scroll my Canned Responses, and constantly crashed Adobe Flash. I found the same features work fine in Google Chrome or Internet Explorer. After having used Firefox for as long as I can remember, I've imported all my bookmarks, passwords, etc. to Google Chrome, and I've abandoned Firefox.
I need both Canned Responses and Adobe Flash every day, and I couldn't see why to stay loyal to Firefox when these weren't working easily.
