Wow I solved this problem! I could see my list of only five responses, but I could not get to the selection for creating a new canned response.
Here's the trick: 1. Select "Canned Responses". Now if you try to scroll down and find the drop-down list is not responding, first *do not panic.* 2. If you notice it, the arrow key is working fine. It's going to save you. Select the top entry. Let's say you have five of them. Arrow key down one, two, three, four, five--now your are on the next list, where if you clicked 'Enter' you would replace the current entry featured there with your screen. Do not do this. 3. Instead, Arrow-Key down five more times. You will see NOTHING, but the highlighted top entry will no longer be highlighted. Do not fear, your trusty arrow key is doing it's work dropping down through the list you cannot see, and you are now at the bottom of the list. 4. Arrow-key down one last time, and you will select the choice for making a new entry. Click "Enter". *Voila!* On Thursday, February 14, 2013 11:14:36 PM UTC+2, Diane wrote: > > The problem I have encountered on the new compose interface does not occur > with the old.
