I'm guessing by 'here' you mean the Groups interface. Why I say I'm guessing is that there is no indication whether your post is from that interface or from your email/Gmail.
When you go to the group page https://groups.google.com/forum/#!forum/gmail-users and then [image: Inline image 1]then 'Membership and email settings', make sure that your correct Gmail address is there, 'Send me an email for every new message' is selected and that 'Automatically subscribe me to email updates when I post to a topic' is checked.
