Hmm, that's odd. My canned responses have always been hidden from view and never show up in Drafts (unless logged on with the HTML interface), so I can't delete them there. I would have to use the Canned Responses sub-menu to delete them. I just now looked again, and sure enough, my Drafts appears to be "empty" (other than this reply), yet I have two saved Canned Responses which still work. I also use Chrome.
