Jeff, I told you my new smartphone is smarter than I am!  I wouldn't know 
where to look for Google Talk on the phone but that certainly sounds like a 
possibility.  Btw, I will be shipping he phone to Samsung's Repair Center 
for two issues, one of which you know about (and perhaps both).
